About your kit request
Consense Strategies collects the email address you submit when you request the kit. Your first name is optional.
What we record
Netlify processes and stores the form submission for Consense. The request includes your email, any first name you provide, your strategy-notes choice, the resource and form version, a request reference, and any campaign source attached to the page link. Netlify also processes technical information for form delivery and spam filtering.
How it is used
We use the submission to record and manage your kit request. Both files are available immediately after submission; an automatic delivery email is not part of this flow.
If you choose strategy notes, we record that preference separately. The kit is available whether or not you make that choice. This form does not automatically enroll you with an email-marketing service or change an existing unsubscribe preference.
