GivingTuesday Optimization

For nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and community groups with a campaign underway.

Request a scoped proposal

We review your existing donation page and appeals, then implement the agreed changes.

  • Review and improvement of one existing donation page.
  • Optimization of up to three campaign emails.
  • Six coordinated social graphics with captions.
  • Review of campaign links and available tracking.
  • One consolidated revision round.

You’ll need a working donation platform, a usable donor list, a campaign goal, existing materials, and an available approver. If implementation is already covered, a recommendations-only audit is also available.

Full Year-End Campaigns

For organizations that need strategy and campaign production.

Request a scoped proposal

We develop the fundraising message and produce the donation page, email appeals, and social materials for the agreed donor segments.

  • Campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Donation-page development or refinement.
  • Email appeals and coordinated social creative.
  • Audience segmentation based on available donor data.
  • Optional deployment and reporting, defined in the proposal.

Campaign production covers the agreed strategy and materials. Ongoing management, repeated optimization, and day-to-day deployment are separate unless included in the proposal. Final deliverables and quantities are confirmed there.

After the campaign

Donor follow-up after year-end

Decide what donors should receive after giving: a welcome email, an impact update, or a message based on their previous support. Confirm the segments and schedule before the campaign ends.

How we work

How the project is scoped

  1. Understand the campaign.

Review the goal, audience, current materials, platforms, data readiness, and desired launch date.

  2. Agree on the work.

Confirm deliverables, implementation limits, responsibilities, revisions, costs, and review dates in a proposal.

  3. Build and check.

Develop the agreed materials, incorporate consolidated feedback, and verify the campaign paths before handoff or agreed deployment.

Before we begin

Scope and requirements

Can you improve a campaign already underway?

Yes. We start with the work in place and identify the improvements that fit your remaining timeline. The optimization services are designed for an existing campaign. We confirm readiness and scope before making a commitment.

Can you work with our existing platform?

We assess your website, email platform, CRM, and available integrations first. We confirm access and implementation limits in the proposal. A platform replacement or migration is a separate project.

What materials and access do we need to provide?

Bring your campaign goal, approved brand files and images, current materials, audience information, and one person who can consolidate feedback and approve work. We confirm the required platform access and data permissions before kickoff. Please do not send passwords or donor or customer records through this inquiry form.

Can you handle deployment and management?

Deployment, scheduling, paid media, reporting, and ongoing management can be included when agreed in the proposal. Producing campaign materials does not automatically include ongoing management.

How are scope and timing confirmed?

We review your goal, desired launch date, platform readiness, and approval process. The proposal defines deliverables, revisions, responsibilities, price, and schedule. Timing depends on access, usable materials, and agreed review dates. An inquiry does not reserve a project.

Can support continue into January?

Yes. We can scope donor stewardship, customer retention, renewals, repeat purchases, or rebooking support. We agree on the follow-up plan and any ongoing support separately.

What costs are separate?

Advertising spend, printing, postage, subscriptions, discounts, and other outside costs are separately quoted. We identify relevant costs before work begins. Discounts and incentives also need to fit your own economics and fulfillment plan.

How does donor follow-up work?

We plan for first-time, repeat, and lapsed donors, then develop the agreed welcome, reactivation, and January messages. Setup depends on your platform, reliable segment data, existing automations, and appropriate permissions. Major CRM cleanup or migration is separately scoped.
