Seasonal SEO & Conversion Sprint

For focused improvements to existing pages.

Request a scoped proposal

We review existing product, collection, service, or location pages and make the agreed content and technical changes. The work includes a measurement baseline.

  • Review of up to five existing pages.
  • Search-intent and page-content recommendations.
  • Updates to titles, descriptions, headings, and relevant internal links.
  • Review of indexability and structured-data eligibility.
  • Implementation of bounded fixes supported by the existing platform.
  • Conversion-path improvements and a measurement baseline.

Search changes take time to be discovered and assessed. Rankings, traffic, and holiday revenue are not guaranteed. Ongoing SEO, new content programs, and major technical remediation require a separate engagement.

How we work

How the project is scoped

  1. Understand the campaign.

Review the goal, audience, current materials, platforms, data readiness, and desired launch date.

  2. Agree on the work.

Confirm deliverables, implementation limits, responsibilities, revisions, costs, and review dates in a proposal.

  3. Build and check.

Develop the agreed materials, incorporate consolidated feedback, and verify the campaign paths before handoff or agreed deployment.

Before we begin

Scope and requirements

Can you improve a campaign already underway?

Yes. We start with the work in place and identify the improvements that fit your remaining timeline. The optimization services are designed for an existing campaign. We confirm readiness and scope before making a commitment.

Can you work with our existing platform?

We assess your website, email platform, CRM, and available integrations first. We confirm access and implementation limits in the proposal. A platform replacement or migration is a separate project.

What materials and access do we need to provide?

Bring your campaign goal, approved brand files and images, current materials, audience information, and one person who can consolidate feedback and approve work. We confirm the required platform access and data permissions before kickoff. Please do not send passwords or donor or customer records through this inquiry form.

Can you handle deployment and management?

Deployment, scheduling, paid media, reporting, and ongoing management can be included when agreed in the proposal. Producing campaign materials does not automatically include ongoing management.

How are scope and timing confirmed?

We review your goal, desired launch date, platform readiness, and approval process. The proposal defines deliverables, revisions, responsibilities, price, and schedule. Timing depends on access, usable materials, and agreed review dates. An inquiry does not reserve a project.

Can support continue into January?

Yes. We can scope donor stewardship, customer retention, renewals, repeat purchases, or rebooking support. We agree on the follow-up plan and any ongoing support separately.

What costs are separate?

Advertising spend, printing, postage, subscriptions, discounts, and other outside costs are separately quoted. We identify relevant costs before work begins. Discounts and incentives also need to fit your own economics and fulfillment plan.

Is our store or booking experience ready?

These services assume an existing product or service, a working purchase or booking experience, and capacity to fulfill demand. We review the relevant path before confirming scope. A new store, migration, or major checkout repair needs a separate engagement.

Will you replace our retention automations?

Only if a review shows that replacement is appropriate. We check current triggers, exclusions, permissions, and active messages first. New sequences must avoid duplicate or conflicting flows. Optional SMS needs suitable permissions and platform support.

What can seasonal SEO realistically achieve?

The sprint improves a defined set of existing pages and establishes a measurement baseline. Search engines control discovery and rankings, and changes may not affect holiday performance. We do not promise rankings, traffic, or revenue. Larger technical or content programs require separate scope.
